Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and company financial policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage.
