We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and overall human resources operations while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Handle employee relations and performance management.

Oversee attendance, leave, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Support employee engagement and training initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of HR experience.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of UAE labour laws.
