We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Industrial Raw Materials with experience in B2B export sales of bulk commodities such as quicklime, limestone, dolomite, clinker, or similar industrial materials.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new international markets, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth in the steel and allied industries.
Develop and execute export sales strategy for Quicklime and related products
Identify and acquire new customers in steel, construction, and industrial sectors
Build long-term relationships with steel plants and bulk industrial buyers
Handle price negotiations, contracts, and commercial terms
Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams for smooth execution
Monitor global market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Participate in international trade fairs and industry exhibitions
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial minerals / bulk raw materials
Strong knowledge of Quicklime applications in steel manufacturing
Experience in export markets (Middle East, Africa, Asia preferred)
Understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms, LC, FOB, CIF, etc.)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Willingness to travel internationally
Background in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Business
Existing network in steel plants or industrial buyers
Experience handling bulk shipments (vessel/container logistics)
