· A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a real estate company or brokerage.
· Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contracts, and compliance procedures.
· Experience in coordinating property listings, client records, and transaction files.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/property management systems.
· Fluency in both written and spoken English.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally via email and phone.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
