Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
        • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
                • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
                • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos to potential clients.
                • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
                • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
                • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts in CRM systems.
                • Train and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable).

        Skills Required

        • Strong understanding of software solutions

        Education + Experience

        • 4 or more years of experience is required
        • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) is required
