Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Customer Service Agent to manage client communications, coordinate export orders, and support day-to-day trading operations. The role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of orders, timely documentation, and excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication

Handle inquiries from international clients via email, calls, and messaging

Provide accurate product details, pricing, shipment updates, and documentation support

Maintain professional and prompt communication with buyers and suppliers
Order & Export Coordination

Process customer orders and coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and shipping agents
-
Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines
-
Ensure smooth execution of export transactions
Documentation & Compliance
-
Prepare and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)

Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents
-
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Internal Coordination
-
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and accounts teams

Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments or delays

Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients

Handle complaints or issues efficiently and professionally

Support repeat business through excellent service
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

1–3 years of experience in trading, export/import, or logistics industry

Strong communication skills (written & verbal English required)

Knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines
